We start with a video call. You show us your property and tell us what you want to achieve, allowing us to provide professional advice and build your proposal without an initial site visit.
Quote & Approval
We provide a detailed quote outlining the full scope of your project. Once you're ready to proceed, you approve the quote and pay a deposit to secure your place in our schedule.
Due Diligence Inspection
Before work begins, we attend the property to check the hidden details — testing the mains stopcock, looking under floorboards, and identifying any unforeseen issues. Everything is agreed upon before a single brick is laid.
Scheduling
With technical checks complete, we confirm your dates. We coordinate trade teams, materials, and logistics, providing a clear timeline so you know exactly when we'll be on-site and when to expect completion.
Works & Sign-Off
Our team carries out the renovation, managed from start to finish by a dedicated Project Manager. On completion, you and your Project Manager perform a final walk-through together to sign off on the quality.
Review & Payment
After sign-off, we'll ask for a review of our service. Once that's done, we issue the final invoice. We do not request the final balance until the work has been signed off and you are completely satisfied.
